Newsclippings from unidentified newspapers discuss the founding of the University and the October 27, 1895 Rotunda fire. The clippings are laid down on pages apparently removed from a scrapbook. Versos of the pages contain playbills from New York City theaters. Photocopies of the pages are laid in.
